This news article states…..“She absolutely did not want to go to New York, and she did not want to stay in Texas because all of Lee’s relatives were coming to his games. That was getting old very quickly for her.” She sounds like a diva to me. Congratulations to the Phillies but…be very nice to her. SHe wears the pants.

We had him in Seattle for a while, and I knew he’d be out as soon a feasible. He is a winner and needs to be on a team that can score some runs and get some Series rings for and with Cilff while he’s in his prime.

Probably just the demands of relatives and friends of relatives and so on that she was talking about. I’m sure she loves Cliff’s family but you can just imagine how this cousin’s friend wants this and that step-mother once removed wants tickets for that. I’m sure she didn’t mean it in a mean way for his relatives. Yay for Kristen Lee!!

I <3 the Lees. I <3 RAJ. I <3 the Phillies' owners. I <3 the Phillies. Quick question about continuity here (not trying to be a buzz kill, just wondering)... we let go of Davy Lopes over what had to be at most $100,000/year I'd imagine, yet $5MM/year was no big deal for Lee? Strange. Only explanation is Lopes' damaged GGM (Good Guy Metric) by spilling the beans on Utley being hurt.
